Ranger Youth Sports programs utilize “SPORTS YOU” for all communication and scheduling. Download the app or sign up on your computer (www.sportsyou.com) and use the code (next to description) to join the team after signing up.
Leagues are based on current grade for this year (2025-2026). Use as a guide, especially for younger ages where skill level varies. Any questions - feel free to reach out :-)

Pre K : T-ball/Sports Sampler ($40) - (SPORTS YOU code: UM5N-QLN9 ): Boys & Girls, Preschool age (Kindergarteners welcome) who are just beginning to play ball. Will use tee to hit. Very relaxed league with fun games and activities to get kids active. Usually requires one parent helping to encourage participation. Structure is station based skill development including a station for gameplay structure. NEW this year! - We will have varying sports stations each week as well as T-ball so kids can also try out soccer, football, etc.

Kindergarten : Coach Pitch/T-ball ($40) (SPORTS YOU code: 9298-NET3 ) : Boys & Girls, Kindergarten aged (1st graders welcome) who are beginning to grasp the game and can hit off the tee or from a coach pitching. Focus is fundamentals and fun, but a faster paced game as opposed to the Pre-K T-ball league.
NEW this year! - league will begin earlier (mid-May) with option to travel/play games against nearby towns for fun! (Travel will be local: Crosslake, Nisswa, Pequot Lakes, Pine River-Backus). Season ends before July 4th.

More emphasis on the structure of the game and different positions. Fundamental league with travel locally in June (NEW this year!). League will start earlier (mid-May) and end before July 4th.
